Es un proyecto que surgió en Noviembre del 2009 como una iniciativa para desarrollar y aumentar el nivel de juego de mujeres en el Ultimate</span><span lang="ES" style="font-size: small;"> </span><span lang="ES" style="font-size: small; line-height: 115%;">Disc en Republica Dominicana. El proyecto comenzó a concretizarse cuando Carlos Gross (uno de los mejores jugadores y con mas experiencia en el Ultimate en RD) se ofreció a servir como coach, luego de participar en varios torneos internacionales (incluyendo un mundial). Al regresar de Australia donde vio el movimiento femenino en ese pais –donde jugó y entreno con los mejores de ese pais - y ver lo significativa que era la presencia femenina en el Ultimate Internacional, sintió la necesidad de crear un espacio exclusivo para las mujeres jugadoras e interesadas en el Ultimate en la Republica Dominicana.<o:p></o:p></span><br /></div><div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: small;"><br /></span><br /></div><div style="font-family: Georgia,"Times New Roman",serif;"><span style="font-size: small;">Estas jugadoras antes de pertenecer al grupo siempre participaron en ligas y torneos open de Rep.Dom., donde por su minoria se motivaron a estudiar el ULTIMATE internacional a fondo.
